Wycliffe College teaches the AQA specification for GCSE and A level.  The Department is made up of three specialist teachers and a chemistry technician.

The Head of Department is Mr Matt Archer (who is also the Curriculum Leader of Sciences), and the other two teachers are Mrs Knight and Dr Rose. The Department has 3 very large teaching laboratories, one of which has just been refurbished to a very high standard and the other two are scheduled for refurbishment in the near future.The dedicated technician ensures that lessons contain appropriate and spectacular demonstrations and all pupils will partake in practical lessons on a regular basis.
