Design Technology is taught to all age groups at the Prep School and from Year 7 onwards, pupils are taught by subject specialists in the Design and Technology Department based on the Senior School campus; where the pupils benefit from working within a fully-equipped, professional workshop.

Pupils are encouraged to develop their work through a process, which takes them from their concept design either on paper or by computer aided design; they then have the opportunity to work with a variety of mediums, including plastic, carpentry, metal work and basic circuit construction to complete their projects.

Projects included: design a bedroom, weather vane, nutcracker, bird house and t-shirt design.
