We start the year with a welcome disco, to integrate new members into the school community as well as provide a chance to catch up with old friends. There are special themed events for different age groups.

Other events throughout the year include a Halloween Disco, Oktoberfest, Chinese New Year party and a Valentine's Disco.

Pupil participation in the organisation of these events is always encouraged and in the past Year 11 pupils have organised a very successful masked ball, as part of their life skills project.

The year culminates with the Leaver's Ball, which is attended by pupils, their parents and staff.
