GCSE History offers a wide variety of experiences History is not so much a matter of learning facts, but rather a case of explaining why things happened.
The emphasis is on thinking for yourself. You will investigate issues using written documents, cartoons, videos and the internet. You will be expected to form your own opinions and be able to justify them in an argument.
There is no right or wrong answer in History, as long as you can justify your point of view.
