The Development Year (DY) is for international pupils who wish to study at A level but who may not yet be ready for its challenges.

DY aims to develop not just their English but also to improve their study skills and subject knowledge to a level adequate for studying alongside British pupils.

Pupils are fully integrated into all aspects of school life, yet their lessons are targeted to their needs rather than purely exam focussed.
