James Slater

James has enjoyed a career as a Chartered Building Surveyor working on the design, repair and maintenance of many different types of property with a particular emphasis on School facilities and Historic Buildings. He has related expertise in Planning and Project Management. James worked in multi disciplinary practices before setting up his own consultancy over 20 years ago.

James has experience in managing development and property businesses. He had been a Governor of two other schools before joining the Council of Trustees as a satisfied parent after the completion of his son's education at Wycliffe.
