The Old Wycliffian Society

200 Club Rules

•  The Club shall be called The Old Wycliffian Society 200 Club and only members of The Old Wycliffian Society may purchase Shares.

•  The objective of the Club shall be to raise funds for The Old Wycliffian Society and at the same time allow members of the Society the chance to win worthwhile money prizes.

• The total number of Shares issued each year will not exceed 200, however there shall be no limit to the number of Shares held by an individual.

•  The annual subscription per share will be £25.   All members wishing to purchase shares for the year 1st May 2007 to 30th April 2008 shall complete an application form and return to the Society together with payment of £25 per share by 30th April 2007.

•  The subscription will need to be renewed by 1st May 2008 to guarantee your participation in The Old Wycliffian Society 200 Club for the period 2008/2009.

•  The draw will take place within each Wycliffe College school term. The first draw for 2007/2008 will take place during the Summer Term. In the event of there being insufficient applicants the committee, at their discretion, reserve the right to close the Club and return any subscriptions paid or to reduce the prizes pro-rata to the number of applicants.

•  The total prizes in any calendar year will amount to 48% of total value of the Shares purchased by members and will be given in accordance with the schedule set out below unless reduced as indicated in rule 6.

•  Each draw's winners shall be published in the Wycliffe Times and the individual winners notified by post. A full list of winners will be available from the Society.

•  No prize won in any draw will be paid or delivered to any person other than the member holding the winning number.

•  The committee of the Society shall administer the Club and they shall have the power to amend or revoke these rules upon giving seven days notice in writing to members holding shares providing such amendment or revocation is authorised by law.
