21 March 2005 - Data Protection Policy
As you probably have seen in recent months in the media, there has been much said and written on the rights of you, the individual, reference Data Protection.
The Society has taken legal advice from the College solicitors and has been advised to formulate then circulate the Society’s Policy on Data Protection.
The Society has therefore drawn up the policy in conjunction with the College solicitors – OWS Data Protection Policy. In addition we are now registered with The Information Commissioner (Reg No Z8888455).
