Susie Lacey

Susie studied engineering at Cambridge, specialising in manufacturing engineering for her Masters degree. During her years in education, Susie was an avid musician and sportswoman, representing school, university, county and region in a variety of sports. After graduating she was accepted onto the Masterfoods (Mars) management training scheme during which time she carried out roles in areas ranging from marketing to manufacturing operations. She then specialised in logistics and project management taking on managerial roles within the UK and European business.

Susie is currently taking a break from her career to look after her two young children.
