We have two boarding houses - Pennwood for the boys and Windrush for the girls. Each house has a non-teaching Housemistress. The central theme for our boarding houses is to create a 'home from home'. The health, happiness and well-being of all the children are crucial, even as far as being given a 'Wycliffe Welcome Bear' to befriend their own teddies. Both boarding houses have cooking facilities so the house staff are able to prepare snacks during the evening.

To keep the children busy there is a varied programme of activities at weekends, ranging from visits to theme parks to shopping trips and cinema visits.
