A Feast of Literature in Store for Prize Winners

July 3, 2018 8:36 am

A fascinating array of book titles has been selected for our Speech Day prize winners at Wycliffe.

It is a great list of titles designed to inspire the students and engender a deeper love of learning beyond the examined curriculum.

The range of authors chosen includes Voltaire and Russell as well as more recent thinkers like Matthew Syed and Richard Posner. Topics range from German works of poetry to surfboard design and the suffragette movement to Japanese art.

The awards will be presented at the school’s Speech Day on Saturday, July 3, 2018.
