Will was educated at Charterhouse, studied Agricultural Sciences at Newcastle University and served briefly in the Royal Artillery. His subsequent career in operations, engineering and manufacturing has spanned a number of sectors including FMCG, Clean-tech, construction and hospitality across Europe and the Americas.
Somewhere along the way he gained an MBA from Cranfield and in 2012 he set up Maplevine, a specialist consulting firm, dedicated to supporting companies in the development and commercialisation of their innovation pipelines with a particular focus on the clean-tech and energy sectors.
In his spare time Will helps to run Minchinhampton rugby club as chairman of the Mini & Junior sections, he lives in Chalford Hill with his wife Janey and children Olivia and Henry who attend the Preparatory School.
