Flexi-boarding

Wycliffe offer the option to flexi-board where families can pre-select the specific night(s) each week to board across an entire term. Booked termly in advance, your child is guaranteed the same bed in the same House on the relevant night(s). If the four night Flexi- boarding option is taken, Wycliffe will also guarantee the bed-space will be for the sole use of your child. Flexi-boarding must be for a fixed number of nights but does not have to be for consecutive nights (e.g., a pupil committing to the ‘Two Night’ option might stay Mondays and Thursdays each week. The charge per term (in addition to the day fee) is:

Occasional Boarding

In addition to the Flexi-boarding, Wycliffe also offers Occasional Boarding for those parents wishing to book a space on an ad hoc basis. With Occasional Boarding you should note that the same bed in the same House is not guaranteed. The Occasional Boarding fee will be £85 per night in the Senior School up to a maximum number of six nights during the academic year 2024-2025. Thereafter, a charge of £125 per night will apply in the Senior School.

Overseas Co-ordination Services

Charges for Overseas Co-ordination Services are available on request by contacting boarders@wycliffe.co.uk. These include transfers to and from the airport.
