In today’s busy working world, Wycliffe recognises the need to be as flexible as possible for our families. Which is why with effect from September 2017 Wycliffe will be offering Flexi-Boarding for pupils in Year 3 through to Year 13. Flexi-boarding is ideal for pupils who enjoy our extensive range of extra-curricular activities, and for parents with busy work schedules.

Flexi-boarding

From 1st September 2017, the College is offering the option to flexi-board where families can pre-select the specific night(s) each week to board across an entire term.  Booked termly in advance, your child is guaranteed the same bed in the same House on the relevant night. If the four night Flexi-Boarding option is taken, the College will also guarantee the bed-space will be for the sole use of your child.  Flexi-Boarding must be for a fixed number of nights but does not have to be for consecutive nights (e.g., a pupil committing to the ‘Two Night’ option might stay Mondays and Thursdays each week).

One night Two nights Three nights Four nights
Year 3 – 8 £440 £880 £1,320 £1,760
Year 9 – 13 £550 £1,100 £1,650 £2,200

Please note that the number of Flexi-Boarding places are limited. If you are interested please contact Fiona Lawson-Best, the Senior School Admissions Manager on 01453-820412 or email Fiona.lawson-best@wycliffe.co.uk  or Miss Briony Armstrong, the Prep School Admissions Manager on 01453 820471 or email briony.armstrong@wycliffe.co.uk

Occasional Boarding

In addition to the Flexi-Boarding, the College will continue to offer Occasional Boarding for those parents wishing to book a space on an ad hoc basis. With Occasional Boarding you should note that the same bed in the same House is not guaranteed.  With effect from 1st September 2017, the Occasional Boarding fee will be £55 per night in the Senior School and £45 per night in the Prep School up to a maximum number of six nights during the academic year 2017/18.  Thereafter, a charge of £75 per night will apply in the Senior School and £65 per night in the Prep School.
