The Library invited pupils and staff and parents to enter the Wycliffe competition to celebrate National Poetry Day 2016.
The entries were to be ‘messages’ in the style of poems. The message could be about anything that the poet wanted.
The pupils posted their ‘messages’ into the post boxes made up by Library staff and these were sent to other Gloucestershire schools to receive. Wycliffe received messages from others schools in the area too. We tweeted our poems with the #NPD2016messages
