The U14 and U15 Rugby Teams enjoyed a trip to the ‘Home of Rugby’ to watch the England v Samoa match.
Whilst a few of the boys are regular visitors to Twickenham, for some it was their first opportunity to watch a live match. The boys were not disappointed, as many lined up inside the main gates to see both sets of players arrive at the stadium prior to the match. The Samoans treated the crowd to their Hakka and the match was underway.
A number of the U14s that attended are in their first season of Rugby and it is hoped that this wonderful experience will help to develop their play and impact in School matches. With two weekends of fixtures remaining this term, we definitely hope so!
The match saw some huge tackles, great tries and a 48-14 victory for England.
The pupils were a pleasure to take away for the day and a credit to themselves and their School.
