Wycliffe Squash Academy offers a unique school environment to develop and fulfil elite potential. Wycliffe has a long established programme that has produced players such as Alister Walker (World ranked 12 January 2010) and Anthony Graham (British and European U19 champion 2009).
Wycliffe has dominated the National Schools’ Under 15 event, winning it for six years consecutively up until 2015 and currently holding the Under 19 Boys and Girls titles. Wycliffe currently has five international squash players in its Academy and all the players train together.
Players who come to Wycliffe have the best coaching on and off court. Not only are there group sessions every day, each player also gets a one to one individual lesson.
We have an extensive tournament calendar where players play around 10 tournaments per year which are fully supported, including a European event abroad. Every second year there is an international Squash tour – previous tours include South Africa, Peru, Australia and more recently Canada and the USA.
Whether you are just breaking into your county team or a full International, Wycliffe Squash will help you develop and fulfil your potential.

It was a winning weekend for the Bloomfield family at the County Championships.
Harry Bloomfield (Prep School) was crowned u13 and u15 champion, and not to be out done, his brother Jack Bloomfield, of Robinson House, was the u17 winner and u19 runner up.
Jack had to play ex-Wycliffian- Nathan Mead in the boys u19 final, where he put up a great fight!
Some other amazing performances were seen by new members of the squad: Will Salter and Archie Bankes!
It was so great to see many of the Wycliffe Junior Club players entering this tournament and playing out of their socks!

Some of these top finishes included Harry Bloomfield (Prep School) who had a brilliant tournament and finished off as the Boys u13 runner-up!
Lotti Taylor-French of Lampeter House, came 4th in the u17 girls showing a lot of maturity and composure on court!
Campbell Wells (Robinson House) also finished up in 4th place in the u19 boys event, having to play ex-Wycliffian Jared Carter in the 3rd/4th playoff.
Kijan Sultana of Haywardsfield House, had a phenomenal start to his Wycliffe career who was ultimately crowned the boys u15 champion of the Welsh Junior Open 2018!
