Word has reached us of the sad news that William Hywel John Davies, son of OW Hugh John Davies (H 1932 – 1935), passed away on 29th March 2020. He was aged 65. Our thoughts and best wishes go to those who knew him well.
Excerpt from Order of Service:
Hywel was a highly intelligent, gentle and kind man who dedicated his own life to the improvement of the lives of others affected by their mental health.
His work within the field of mental health and his support of numerous charities means he will be remembered by so many people around the world whose lives he touched with his selfless compassion and generosity.
To have known Hywel was a blessing. A truly good soul, may he rest in peace.
