The Nursery Class and Pre-Prep is where the foundation of learning is laid and a lifelong thirst for knowledge initiated. Children can join us in The Nursery Class as soon as they turn three years old on a part-time or full-time basis.
Wycliffe Preparatory School takes pupils from the age of three years through to 13 years, giving them the best possible start to their academic life. Our Pre-Prep refers to children in Nursery to Year 2, ages three to seven years.
The extra-curricular provision at Wycliffe is wide-reaching and all-encompassing – with something for everyone.
61% of grades were awarded at A*-B and this was even higher for pupils who had started their careers at Wycliffe Prep School, for whom 70% of their grades were earned at these highest levels.
We wish our pupils to be creative and innovative in their thinking and have an independent approach to their learning, whilst exhibiting the skills and confidence to aspire to leadership roles.
With approximately 65 Boarders from Year 3 to Year 8, the Boarding Community at Wycliffe Prep is vibrant and busy with a genuine home-to-home feel.
International pupils can board at Wycliffe from Year 3 (age 7 onwards), and they become part of a friendly, family-environment joining about 60 other full-time boarders
Wycliffe is a UK day and boarding school with a genuine global outlook and an aim to educate all our pupils to have a global perspective.
For over 130 years, Wycliffe has supported the families and children of those serving in the British Armed Forces.
Our Admissions process is simple, streamlined and as quick as it can be, whilst still being robust, thorough and fair. We work on the basis that each application is highly individual and therefore we treat each one as such.
