Thank you to the OWs who came back to School to judge Year 12 Aspire Presentations

The following OWs who gave their time on our first day back of the Summer Term to judge our Year 12 Aspire Presentations: John May (W 1982), Ian Day (P SH 1977), Richard Finch (S 1968), Rupert Harris (W 1983), Greg Mason (R 2011) and Louise Jensen (P HE 1990). This is an event organised by Wycliffe’s Careers Education Manager, Mrs Caroline Hiorns, where Year 12 pupils prepare and present to an outside speaker (either an OW, local employer or member of non-teaching staff) on the career they aspire to. It’s always such an interesting and varied morning and gives the pupils an invaluable insight into not only what research is required to put together a considered presentation but also the communication skills that will be expected of them in today’s competitive workplace.
