Ollie Hart (P H 1983 – 1993)

OW and current Wycliffe College Parent, Ollie has been Chair of TWS since September 2023.

Ollie was a pupil in both the Prep School and the Senior School from 1983 to 1993 (Shaftesbury and then Haywardsfield).

On leaving, Ollie spent a year taking a new A-Level at Stroud College, and then went onto Southampton to study a business degree from 1994 to 1998. He spent his placement year with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1996, where his career in the IT industry began. Initially in sales, he then moved onto Sales Management, Global Account Management and General Company Management. Ollie ran is own company for a time and is now leading IT services Business Development for Cisco Systems.

Ollie has spent half of his IT career in the provision of IT hardware and related consultancy and delivery services, and the other half in the sales of cyber security products and services. Companies he has worked for include HPE, Sophos, SCC, Deloitte, Fujitsu, Sage and, most recently, Cisco.

When not working, he likes spending time with his wife (the sister of an OW), their boys (who also go to Wycliffe), and their dogs, be that walking around the Stroud Valleys or watching the “mighty” Aston Villa!
