Pupils at Wycliffe College took time out from the usual school routine to engage in Make a Difference Day. On Friday 30th June, pupils led by staff took part in a range of activities within the local community.

Pupils did a range of activities including litter picking, cleaning street furniture, and watering a newly planted flower bed all in the centre of Stonehouse. One group of pupils visited Scarlet House Care Home and gave residents manicures, chatted to them and sang songs.

This annual day provided pupils with the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the local community across a range of areas. Pupils really enjoyed the experience and appreciated the praise that they got from members of the public who saw them hard at work.
