There is a full weekend programme, with regular trips and fun activities. Both boarding houses are set within the spacious school grounds and take advantage of the outstanding facilities offered at the Preparatory School, which include the tennis courts, astro and extensive games pitches.

There are a range of after school activities run by school or from outside organisations based at either the Prep School, Senior School or near to school.  These include Ballet, Swimming, Football, Cricket, Squash, Netball, Horse riding, Judo, Cubs, Scouts and Pistol shooting.

In the boarding houses activities include baking, arts and crafts, board games, football plus use of games in both boarding houses. On a Wednesday evening the children enjoy their tuck and movie evening.

Boarders outings throughout the term include: Theme parks, ice skating, tubing and dry slope skiing, Christmas shopping, cinema, pantomime, safari parks to name a few.

Years 3 to 5 have a Saturday morning programme which includes: swimming, trips out to the cinema and other local places of interest, indoor and outdoor games or sometimes just some down time.

On a Saturday afternoon children have the chance to go into Stonehouse to buy some tuck, this is also a privilege for Year 8 children on a Sunday afternoon after brunch.

The children often enjoy the facilities available on site and make full use of the Astro and indoor hall and social room.
