Mrs Knighton-Callister, Housemistress of Lampeter, encourages girls to gain confidence in a warm and nurturing environment. Each member of the house community is encouraged to contribute and take increasing levels of personal and collective responsibility, in order to gain the most from Wycliffe life.
Mrs K-C is also Head of Applied Science and is supported by a team of House Assistants, many of whom will teach and tutor the girls as they progress through the College. Mrs K-C lives with her son, Rupert and their rescued greyhounds Ava and Amy. They have been elected by the girls as house mascots and the focus for charity fundraising to support the work of Greenfields Greyhound Rescue
“Lampeter is now one of the best houses on the campus and I feel so lucky to be part of this warm community. We come from all over the world but we are like one big happy family, who really care about each other.”
