Luke is highly experienced in leading the non-teaching/support side of School operations and trustees were especially struck by his proven track-record of effectiveness as a leader with regard to bringing large and diverse teams of people together, building supportive working environments and getting great results from them.
His recent experience involves roles in three top international schools: Doha College (Qatar), Dulwich College (Myanmar) and North London Collegiate School (South Korea).

We are deeply saddened by the news that Rendcomb will close at the end of the academic year. Our thoughts are with all the pupils, families, staff and alumni of Rendcomb college at such a difficult time.
