Mrs Libby Knight joined Wycliffe Prep in September 2025, bringing with her a wealth of leadership experience and a deep passion for creating schools where every child feels known, valued, and inspired. Having worked in a range of leading independent schools across the country, Libby has served as Vice Principal, Deputy Head Pastoral, and Director of Boarding, giving her a strong understanding of every aspect of school life.

Throughout her career, Libby has been committed to championing the happiness and wellbeing of children alongside high academic ambition. She is passionate about the power of Prep School to shape confident, compassionate, and curious learners who are ready for the next stage of their education and for life beyond school.
