The Mix provides essential in the moment support and problem solving for the Under 25s. If you feel like you can’t cope or are worried about how you are feeling, you can contact The Mix crisis messenger 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by texting THEMIX to 85258. Young Minds Crisis Messenger

The YoungMinds Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need support, you can text YM to 85258. EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. These include - BT Mobile, Tesco Mobile, Virgin Mobile, iD Mobile, Sky, Telecom Plus, Lebara and GiffGaff.

Childline

If you want to speak to someone call 0800 1111 for free from 9am - 3:30am. Childline is a free, private and confidential service where you can talk about anything. You can speak to a counsellor every day from 7.30am - 3:30am on weekdays and 9am - 3.30am on weekends.

This is an anonymous, safe, confidential, 1-2-1, support service for young people aged 9-21 living in Gloucestershire.

Staying connected

As a school community it is important that we feel connected and supported by one another.

Houses

Your house is your home at school. Your Housemaster or Housemistress, along with Matron will always be on hand to support you. They will also be able to give you advice about other help that is available.

Counselling sessions

1-2-1 counselling session are available for pupils via our independent counsellor. Please ask your Housemaster or Housemistress or see one of the health centre team to arrange an appointment.

Pastoral Support for our Senior School Community
