Mrs Becky Hanson

Mrs Becky Hanson joined Wycliffe Prep in September 2011 and, over the past 15 years, has taught a wide range of year groups and subjects. During her time at the school, she has held several key roles, including Head of House, Pastoral Lead, and Head of English. These diverse experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of what makes Wycliffe such a dynamic and thriving school, as well as a deep appreciation of the values, relationships, and sense of belonging that make our community so special.

Throughout her career, Becky has been committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, secure, and valued. She believes that when children feel known and supported, they are able to engage fully in school life, develop confidence, and achieve their potential. Creating an environment in which pupils feel happy, inspired, and excited to learn is central to her educational philosophy.
