Will was educated at Charterhouse, studied Agricultural Sciences at Newcastle University and served in the British Army. His subsequent career in operations, engineering and manufacturing has spanned food, FMCG, clean-tech, energy, construction and hospitality across Europe and the Americas. Somewhere along the way Will gained an MBA from Cranfield and in 2012, set up Maplevine, a specialist consulting firm dedicated to supporting clean-tech businesses in the commercialisation of innovation. Will is the Operations Director for Recycling Technologies a South-west based company that has developed the technology to recycle unrecyclable plastics, diverting residual plastic waste from landfill, export and incineration.
In his spare time Will helps to run Minchinhampton rugby club and a sustainable woodland project, he lives in Chalford Hill with his wife Janey and children Olivia, now at Durham University and Henry who attends the Senior School.

Lynn is a retired Prep School Headteacher. She graduated from the University of London with a degree in Biological Sciences and a PGCE in Science Education.
Lewis Faulkner studied Biological Sciences at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford before completing his PGCE at New College, Oxford.
Lucy was educated at Charlton Park, Cheltenham and went to Wycliffe for 6th form.
Alison (OW, 1994-2011) attended Wycliffe from Nursery through to Sixth Form and went on to study English Literature and Drama at University in Cardiff.
Simon, an OW, studied Estate Management at Reading University following which he joined a surveying practice in Birmingham.
Educated at Birkenhead School and Oxford University (LMH), Graeme has been involved in teaching since 1990.
John is a campaigner, storyteller, teacher, youth worker, independent diplomat, writer and broadcaster who has spent his career working with and for young people in the UK and around the world.
Andrea was educated at Saint Mary’s Covent and then King’s School, Worcester before going on to study Geography and Biology at Exeter University.
James has enjoyed a career as a Chartered Building Surveyor working on the design, repair and maintenance of many different types of property with a particular emphasis on School facilities and Historic Buildings.
