We welcome applications from international pupils for all years, and we offer full boarding from Year 3 (age 7 years old) to Year 13 (up to age 19). We work with a network of professional education agents around the world to help facilitate this application process. To understand all that we have to offer, we recommend that you come and see Wycliffe in person – either on an Open Morning (held on Saturdays in October and March) or for an individual tour (or both!). However, this is not always possible, so we can arrange a Virtual Tour where we show you around Wycliffe via WhatsApp, Facetime or WeChat and you can meet with the Head of Year (or other Wycliffe staff) to discuss your life here.

Visa applications

We are pleased to offer Student Route Sponsorship to both Day and Boarding pupils and will submit a CAS to support Visa applications. Once an offer has been made and accepted – through both parents or legal guardians signing the Letter of Acceptance and paying the deposit – the CAS can be issued. In order to process the CAS, we will need the following information from the family:

  • Colour copy of Pupil’s Birth Certificate (translated into English if necessary)
  • Colour Copy of Pupil’s Passport
  • Completed Parent Consent Form
  • Either payment of the first year’s fees or financial evidence that funds are available to cover a full academic year’s fees for 31 consecutive days prior to the visa being applied for

Please note: The Admissions team will contact agents and families from April onwards to gather the above information. We can only apply for a CAS for each pupil three months prior to the start of the academic year (and not before), therefore this process will be done from June onwards.
